Years ago, I was overweight and lured in by the “LOSE WEIGHT FAST!” hype. For two whole decades, I was a serial dieter. I tried all the fad diets, but the results never stuck and I always felt so defeated afterwards.
It wasn’t until I stopped seeking a quick fix – and instead focused on my body, mind, and spirit – that I was able to lose 60 pounds. No, it didn’t happen overnight, but YES, I’ve kept the weight off for good!
